Well kinda! My home away from home...
My licensed and inspected kitchen is conveniently located right outside of Ellwood City and a short drive from New Castle. I have a storefront at the former Salvation Army Office on Sixth Street in downtown Ellwood City.
I have a culinary background with a degree from the University of Akron, but always had a passion for good, homemade baked goods, and started baking at an early age. I can't imagine going through life without ever having homemade bread, cookies, noodles and other items!
As a bake per order facility, your order is always fresh! In addition, I try to utilize local, in season produce from local growers and farmers. I have found that fresh is always best, and the most flavorful!
I'm starting to dabble into the world of Gluten Free and lower sugar baked goods!
In the spring/summer/early fall, you can visit me at the Ellwood City Farmer's Market.
I also sell a variety of home canned items.
